I cannot put into words how thankful my husband and I were to have worked with Kathleen on helping us sell our condominium and buy a house at the same time this year.
We had previously worked with Kathleen with the purchase of our condominium 4 years ago that working with her again was no hesitation. Kathleen from the very beginning was on top of everything, she’s indeed very professional. Being pregnant this time around and trying to buy and sell a property was challenging but she guided us through the entire process with a smile and dedication. She truly is a dedicated real estate agent and cares for her clients, to the point it was not uncommon to receive emails from her in the middle of the night checking in on us and giving us updates.
If you’re looking for an honest, nice, fast, efficient and organized agent WE HIGHLY recommend Kathleen Bingham for your real estate journey!Less
